You’ll love our place because of the mountains views on a 1/3 acre in a quiet and safe neighborhood in the foothills of the Tucson Mountains.
Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and especially families (with kids).
New TV's, updated bathrooms with bluetooth speakers and heated towel bars. Fully stocked kitchen and outdoor kitchen with large BBQ. Several outdoor patios at different levels around the pool to enjoy the desert, wildlife, sunsets and family dinners. Firepit area and playset for the kids.
The house is fully stocked to make your stay stress free. Living room has games and a work space if needed. Family room has a large comfy couch with an electric fireplace, so no need to bring in the wood. Enjoy the large 60" Smart TV. Each bedroom has a smart TV or has Roku.

Whole house wifi extends even out to the last patio.
You will have access to the property with your own code on an electronic keypad on the front door. You will have access to the whole house except a few storage rooms. These storage rooms do have cameras so please do not enter.
Our property manager will be available by text or the Airbnb app to help with any issues.
Our house is in a quiet safe family neighborhood on the west side of Tucson.
We have several grocery stores and fast food restaurants within 2 miles.
There are several malls within 30 minutes. There’s an outlet mall heading north on the freeway.
From our house:
I-10 - 5 minutes (1.5 miles)
Airport- 25 minutes (13 miles)
Downtown-10 minutes
University of Arizona-15 minutes
Arizona Sonora desert museum-15 minutes
Sabino canyon-30 minutes
We recommend a car in Tucson. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and the front of the house. It is not a turn around driveway so make sure to back out the way you came in. We also have an RV hook up on the east side of the house. Parking on the street is permitted but not preferred and definitely not overnight.
The pool is a seasonal pool. It will be open from April 1-October 1. The pool really starts to heat up on its own around May.
The pool will be covered from October 1- March 31. No exceptions. Please don't ask. It just makes us feel bad when we have to say no.
There is a $350 deposit that will go through as a hold on your credit card. We ask for a photo ID of the person booking and the rental agreement to be signed to complete the booking. Check in instructions will be sent 24 hours prior as long as deposit is paid.

Cheryl is a retired teacher /school librarian. We love the outdoors and appreciate the location of our house. We raised our 4 daughters here. We hope you will take care of our personal home while we're gone . We've locked up our personal things in several storage rooms and expect them to be left alone.Amenities
